The following resources are made available to suppliers and third parties who wish to transmit electronic transactions to TMHP: The license is expressly subject to the acceptance of all the terms contained in this Agreement. The provider is required to send an EDI contract form to Texas Medicaid. Suppliers with a valid contract number who have not completed the EDI contract form must do so by entering into the following electronic data sharing contract for long-term care service providers: Texas Medicaid EDI Trading Partner Agreement.
