Awunz Collective Agreement

AWUNZ could not maintain an agreement with the gardens. Employment agencies, migrants and exchange accommodation workers have reduced the sector to fundamental circumstances in which raising the minimum wage will be the main topic of conversation on every construction site. The agreement is valid for a period of three years, with the following key elements: with the abolition of the national procurement system, nurseries proved to be «prohibited» from organizing and being distributed throughout the country, it was obvious that each owner preferred to treat its activities separately, whereas a national standard might have been collectively advantageous. After seven months of negotiations, Amalgamated Workers Union New Zealand Southern Incorporated (AWUNZ), Central Amalgamated Workers Union Incorporated (CAWU), New Zealand Ambulance Association (NZAA), Ambulance Officers Workplace Union Incorporated (AOWU) and St. John, to inform you that we have reached an agreement on the 1994 Operational and Management and Collective Employment Assistance Agreements, 1994, 1994, 1994, 1 Of the four trade unions to the reception of their members at the national level. The seasonal nature of the sector poses real logistical problems linked to the attempt to reach agreements in this area of activity. Foreign investment in the sector continues to depend on migration work and short-term work visas. AWUNZ is calling for a better offer for these workers across the country, as the number of applications for seasonal work at sea continues. Unfortunately, today, while immigrants are privileged over young apprentices from places such as Telford, the conditions of agricultural workers are still affected, including the hours actually worked and paid, the payment of false vacation pay and the incorrect payment of legal days and the loss of changing days. Given the isolation of these workers, the idea of maintaining agreements for them is impossible. ACCIDENT BENEFITS / EVALUATIONS / HEARINGS Assessment of individual requirements AWUNZ, CAWU, NZAA, AOWU and Saint John agree that this is particularly important given the current challenges arising from persistent disproportionate regional requirements and recent natural disasters. .
